Once an order has been placed details are discussed at length until a mutual pan is in place. Once the plan is agreed upon, and glass cutting or engraving begins, changes normally cannot be made. I spend a great deal of time communicating with all of my clients to ensure that they are given a large portion of the control up front, as it is important for my client's to play an equal roll in the creation of their custom panels. Once blueprints and patterns pieces are made and fabrication begins I will not be able to implement further changes without it affecting the price. Stained glass is not entirely consistent in the fact that some pieces have extra features (like small oblong air bubbles etc.) that are part of the rolling and annealing process when the glass is made at the factory. These features give individual character to every piece of glass. I typically send numerous pictures throughout the process so that you can see exactly what you are getting. I take tremendous pride in my work and carefully select every piece.
Please be advised that once the window leaves my studio, that I assume no liability for injury to self or property. It is important that all clients properly hang or display their windows in a manner that is safe for themselves, their children, their pets, and their property so as to prevent harm or damage. With larger windows it is advised that anchors be sunk into a stud, or better yet, that a carpenter is consulted. Panels can weigh several pounds and suction cups, no matter how small a window is, is NOT EVER SUFFICIENT OR SAFE! Please use common sense and forethought before displaying your new windows.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America , without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
I, Dawn Jarrels, reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your information is not stored or used beyond the communication that takes place during the purchase of your merchandise. I do not share or sell your information with ANYONE or any entity. I do however reserve the right to use the photos of my artwork which may include information on the engraved plate, in which case I either blur out any names or you will be asked for permission to leave it visible prior to publishing.
Refund and Exchange Policy
There may come a time & perhaps a viable reason for needing to issue a refund, although this has not happened to date. It is in my nature to always be fair & I would certainly be willing to grant a partial refund under certain circumstances. If preapproved, and returned to me in perfect condition within 10 business days of the actual product delivery date, a partial refund would be granted. Due to the level of correspondence that I have with each client during the fabrication process it is hard for me to take all the burden on myself if someone changes their mind. With that said, If a return is negotiated I will retain all shipping fees that were incurred to ship the item to you as well as a $25.00 restock fee to cover all the packaging material, boxing, tape and labels, as well as the likely fee of engraving (if any). On the unlikely (but possible) chance that the Post Office damages your panel, you would need to retain all of packaging material and damaged products in order to file a claim through the USPS for a full refund. I recommend that photos are taken for proof. Once you receive a refund from the USPS you can replace your order again and a new panel will be made. I have mailed out NUMEROUS panels and have never had a casualty yet, but it could happen and must be handled through the Postal Service where the insurance was provided. With the level of packaging material that I use, I would hope that this never occurs. On a lighter note, I would hope that this never occurs as it is my goal to ensure that everyone is 100% satisfied and I would certainly help you facilitate the process to the best of my ability by providing your with photos or receipts for your merchandise and insurance.
All packages are shipped via USPS within the continental United States. Each package is shipped using either Ground or Priority. Tracking and Insurance for full retail value are used on every shipment. Any damages perpetuated by the handling of the U.S. Postal service will need to be handled by submitting a claim through them. Retain all original boxes and packaging material as well as your receipt for your purchase. It is highly recommended that if your product arrives in a damaged box that you first take photographs before and after opening the box as further proof of improper handling. All packages are properly wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and placed in a properly sized box with further packaging material. A standard packaging materials fee of $15.00 is assessed on ALL orders to cover all proper labeling, padding, and proper sized box to ensure that the panel arrives safely.
