***If you feel more comfortable with making a 25% deposit on this window, that is compltely fine, and is a common request on this large and very intricate design. Size:
Extremely large Hanging Panel at 24" square.  Fits snuggly into a standard residential sized window and is the absolute largest size without doing an installation or soldering unsightly support beams across it.  It really is magnifacent and takes many many hours of tedious labor.

Shipping is sent via USPS Priority with tracking & is FULLY insured. The last one of these that I shipped was actually shipped via Ground to Colorado from Virginia (with insurance and tracking)...it took 9 days to arrive and cost the client right under $100.00.  If you are on the East coast, this would be significantly less and if you are on the West Coast it will likely be double.  It is a very grand window....no bones about it!
 
Packaging Materials fee is $20 and covers protective foam, bubble wrap, peanuts, box and all labelling on the package.
 
Construction:
Tiffany style construction utilizing Copper and lead alloy.
 
Progress Notes:
All clients are given photographic updates on the progress of their order.  Please let me know where to send these photos and I will make it happen.
 
Completion Time:
During a normal season the turn around timeon something this extravagant is about 60-75 days.  During the busy season this can extend out further. If you are pressed for time, please message me with the date proir to ordering.  I will give you a "promised Completion Date".  Once the order is placed, this date is set in stone and strictly upheld.  Once an order is placed it secures your place in line on my workbench.  Orders are placed from several locations (website, Etsy, Facebook, and the US Pentagon), therefore I urge you to secure your place without delay, or your target completion date may not be achievable in lieu of the other orders that were placed ahead of yours.

  • All work is non refundable.  However, I respect and value my Veteran clients tremendously and if it should be damaged in the mail I will file all forms for you and upon approval you would issued either a refund or given a replacement panel.  I work hard for my integrity and I assure you that if you have a valiud concern that it will not fall on deaf ears and silent hands.

    PROCESS & PRICE: 

    All the images you see are a very small sampling of my portfolio of previously commissioned work,  along with a close estimate of price for a design of that nature. Nothing is pre-made.  All designs are initiated once an order is placed. Completion times are strictly upheld on my part! Completion times are based on current workload and the complexity of the design you are interested in.  I am happy to quote you a completion date, which is always strictly upheld.  

    Custom designs are my specialty! EVERYTHING you see is created by hand and without the use of any commercial patterns.  No designs are off limits.   Popular designs can be purchased through my stores (this site & through Etsy), but please contact me for custom work orders if you do not see a design that fits your needs.

    Most designs range from $195-$450. Click on photos to get information such as price etc. Larger designs only require a 50% deposit.

    PROGRESS NOTES:

    Photos are sent to you during the cutting/coppering phase,  & again upon completion. I am availible 7 days a week to correspond and answer questions.

    PERSONALIZATION:

    ALL military designs include complimentary engraving up to 4 lines of text.  Certain designs also contain a complimentary coin (such as a variety of service stripes).  MANY clients like to incorporate their own personal coins.  That is no extra charge at all.  Simply contact me and I will notate your order and give you the studio address to ship it to.  Color changes are nearly always accommodated without a change in price.  Every design you see on my site started with a request from a client, so please let me know if you do not see what you are looking for.

    SHIPPING & PICKUP

    Orders are safely shipped via USPS, with Tracking, & FULLY insured, for retail price.  A standard $15 packaging materials fee is added to all orders to cover all materials and labels needed to ensure a safe delivery. Pickups can be arranged in the greater DC area! There are certain designs that vary so much, based upon your requests, that it is hard to guess the final weight, and therefore shipping is calculated at the very end of the process and billed separately.
