Shipping is sent via USPS Priority with tracking & is FULLY insured. (Typically $15-$20 to the Eastern US, about double for the Western US). If you provide me with your address I can plug it in and give you an idea on what to expect.

Packaging Materials fee is $15 and covers protective foam, bubble wrap, peanuts, box and all labelling on the package.

Glass & Design Options:

I also offer an enlarged version of this design that can properly accomodate a Coin. THe enlarged version is featured with a black background in the photo, but I have done several with the exact same color scheme as the design listed above (Blue and clear).

Construction:

Tiffany style construction utilizing Copper and lead alloy.

Progress Notes:

All clients are given photographic updates on the progress of their order. Please let me know where to send these photos and I will make it happen.

Completion Time:

During a normal season the turn around time is about 10 days. During the busy season this can extend out to as much as 8 weeks. If you are pressed for time, please message me with the date proir to ordering. I will give you a "promised Completion Date". Once the order is placed, this date is set in stone and strictly upheld. Once an order is placed it secures your place in line on my workbench. Orders are placed from several locations (website, Etsy, Facebook, and the US Pentagon), therefore I urge you to secure your place without delay, or your target completion date may not be achievable in lieu of the other orders that were placed ahead of yours.

Complimentary engraving is included with your panel but is limited to 3 lines with a maximum amount of text in each (24 characters per line including spaces). If you wish to add additional lines, please message me or follow the instructions below:

Each additional line is $10.00 and can be added to your cart by selecting "Additional Engraved Lines" from the Military Shop page. It is listed as an item amongst the stained glass designs. This design of my page will not allow me to add this feature and fee onto your current order and must be added separately. If I can help in any way, please let me know. Thank you :)
Pre-Approved Refunds:

Although I have never been asked for a refund to date, there may come a time & perhaps a viable reason for needing one. It is in my nature to always be fair & I would certainly be willing to grant a partial refund under certain circumstances. If preapproved, and returned to me in perfect condition within 10 business days of the actual product delivery date, a partial refund would be granted. Due to the level of correspondence that I have with each client during the fabrication process it is hard for me to take all the burden on myself if someone changes their mind. With that said, If a return is negotiated I will retain all shipping fees that were incurred to ship the item to you as well as a $15.00 restock fee to cover all the packaging material, boxing, tape and labels, as well as the likely fee of engraving (if any).

Damage:

On the unlikely (but possible) chance that the Post Office damages your panel, you would need to retain all of packaging material and damaged products in order to file a claim through the USPS for a full refund. I recommend that photos are taken for proof. Once you receive a refund from the USPS you can replace your order again and a new panel will be made. I have mailed out NUMEROUS panels and have never had a casualty yet, but it could happen and must be handled through the Postal Service where the insurance was provided. with the level of packaging material that I use, I would hope that this never occurs.

On a lighter note, I would hope that this never occurs as it is my goal to ensure that everyone is 100% satisfied and I would certainly help you facilitate the process to the best of my ability by providing your with photos or receipts for your merchandise and insurance.

Most USAF panels are shipped within 2 weeks. sometimes sooner based on when engraving arrives. Feel free to message me and I can quote you a completion date. These dates are constantly changing based on how many orders are ahead of yours, but typically speaking I like to keep ALL types of orders within a 4 week window.

COMMUNICATION:
I like to provide updates on your order to include photographs and descriptions. Im very flexible and im very keen on making sure my clients have access to me at all times until their art peice is in their hands. Text, email, messenger...just let me know :)
