Each piece of glass was hand cut, grinded, beveled, coppered, soldered, patinaed & then waxed and polished. Framed in 1/2" zinc framing, which provides strength & style to the finished design. Steel eyelets & decorative chain are attached, for ease of hanging. A complimentary 1 x 3" nickel plate with 3 lines of engraved text (limitations apply) is included.

  • Complimentary engraving is included with your panel but is limited to 3 lines with a maximum amount of text in each (24 characters per line including spaces).  If you wish to add additional lines, please message me or follow the instructions below: 

    Each additional line is $10.00 and can be added to your cart by selecting  "Additional Engraved Lines" from the Military Shop page.  It is listed as an item amongst the stained glass designs.  This design of my page will not allow me to add this feature and fee onto your current order and must be added separately. If I can help in any way, please let me know.  Thank you  :)

  • Pre-Approved Refunds:

    Although I have never been asked for a refund to date, there may come a time & perhaps a viable reason for  needing one.  It is in my nature to always be fair & I would certainly be willing to grant a partial refund under certain circumstances. If preapproved, and returned to me in perfect condition within 10 business days of the actual product delivery date, a partial refund would be granted.  Due to the level of correspondence that I have with each client during the fabrication process it is hard for me to take all the burden on myself if someone changes their mind. With that said, If a return is negotiated I will retain all shipping fees that were incurred to ship the item to you as well as a $25.00 restock fee to cover all the packaging material, boxing, tape and labels, as well as the likely fee of engraving (if any).

    Damage:

    On the unlikely (but possible) chance that the Post Office damages your panel, you would need to retain all of packaging material and damaged products in order to file a claim through the USPS for a full refund.  I recommend that photos are taken for proof.  Once you receive a refund from the USPS you can replace your order again and a new panel will be made.  I have mailed out NUMEROUS panels and have never had a casualty yet, but it could happen and must be handled through the Postal Service where the insurance was provided. with the level of packaging material that I use, I would hope that this never occurs. 

    On a lighter note, I would hope that this never occurs as it is my goal to ensure that everyone is 100% satisfied and I would certainly help you facilitate the process to the best of my ability by providing your with photos or receipts for your merchandise and insurance.

    This design is ready to ship .  If you are taking advantage of the complimentary engraving, the order will ship as soon as engraving is complete which is typically within 5 business days.

    PROCESS & PRICE: 

    All the images you see are a very small sampling of my portfolio of previously commissioned work,  along with a close estimate of price for a design of that nature. Nothing is pre-made.  All designs are initiated once an order is placed. Completion times are strictly upheld on my part! Completion times are based on current workload and the complexity of the design you are interested in.  I am happy to quote you a completion date, which is always strictly upheld.  

    Custom designs are my specialty! EVERYTHING you see is created by hand and without the use of any commercial patterns.  No designs are off limits.   Popular designs can be purchased through my stores (this site & through Etsy), but please contact me for custom work orders if you do not see a design that fits your needs.

    Most designs range from $195-$450. Click on photos to get information such as price etc. Larger designs only require a 50% deposit.

    PROGRESS NOTES:

    Photos are sent to you during the cutting/coppering phase,  & again upon completion. I am availible 7 days a week to correspond and answer questions.

    PERSONALIZATION:

    ALL military designs include complimentary engraving up to 4 lines of text.  Certain designs also contain a complimentary coin (such as a variety of service stripes).  MANY clients like to incorporate their own personal coins.  That is no extra charge at all.  Simply contact me and I will notate your order and give you the studio address to ship it to.  Color changes are nearly always accommodated without a change in price.  Every design you see on my site started with a request from a client, so please let me know if you do not see what you are looking for.

    SHIPPING & PICKUP

    Orders are safely shipped via USPS, with Tracking, & FULLY insured, for retail price.  A standard $15 packaging materials fee is added to all orders to cover all materials and labels needed to ensure a safe delivery. Pickups can be arranged in the greater DC area! There are certain designs that vary so much, based upon your requests, that it is hard to guess the final weight, and therefore shipping is calculated at the very end of the process and billed separately.
